Frequently asked questions
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Every plan renews automatically at the end of its term — monthly for the 1-month plan, every 3 months for the 3-month plan, and so on — until you cancel from your account settings. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund provided fewer than 50 questions have been attempted. Standalone course purchases are refundable within 14 days provided no more than two modules have been opened. Full terms are set out in the refund policy.
What exactly happens when my subscription expires?
The question bank, included courses and mock exams lock. Your account, performance history, bookmarks and revision lists are retained, so renewing restores everything exactly where you left it.
Can I switch between plan durations?
Yes. You can move to a longer or shorter plan from your subscription settings at any time. A switch takes effect from your next renewal date, so you are never charged twice for the same period.
Do you offer institutional or deanery purchasing?
Yes. Deaneries, trusts and training programmes can arrange bulk access for a cohort of trainees on invoiced terms. Contact candidate support with your expected cohort size and preferred start date to arrange this.
