Everything the exam asks of you, in one structured place

MRCOG preparation fails when revision is unstructured. Each part of the platform is mapped to a curriculum module so that practice, reading and analytics all point at the same syllabus.

Curriculum-mapped questions

Every item is tagged to an RCOG curriculum module and sub-topic, so your weakest areas are identified by syllabus heading rather than by guesswork.

Image-based clinical items

Over 960 questions built around CTG traces, ultrasound findings, hysteroscopy views, colposcopy images and histopathology — the formats Part 2 leans on.

Explanations that teach

Each answer includes a reasoned clinical explanation, key learning points, why each distractor fails, and the guideline the answer is drawn from.

Realistic timed mocks

Sit full-length papers under exam conditions with a question navigator, mark-for-review and a pass-threshold comparison at the end.

Performance analytics

Accuracy by module, trend over time, time-per-question and a running list of weak areas that feeds directly into your recommended revision.

Courses alongside practice

Structured video courses sit next to the bank, so a weak topic can be turned into a lesson and then re-tested in a targeted session.

Image-based question bank

Clinical images, interpreted the way the exam expects

Interpretation questions are where most candidates lose marks. Our image bank trains the specific skill: read the trace or the scan, commit to a management decision, then compare your reasoning against a structured explanation.

  • Intrapartum CTG traces with classification and management stems
  • Obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound, including adnexal mass assessment
  • Colposcopy, hysteroscopy and laparoscopy still images
  • Histopathology and cytology for gynaecological oncology pathways

How it works

From first session to exam-ready

The platform is designed around a single loop: practise, understand, re-test. Analytics decide what you revise next, so nothing is left to memory.

Create your account
  1. Choose your exam target

Tell us whether you are sitting Part 1, Part 2 or Part 3 and your intended sitting date. The platform prioritises content accordingly.

  2. Build a revision session

Filter by module, difficulty and status — unanswered, previously incorrect, or bookmarked — then set a question count and timer.

  3. Review the reasoning

Read the explanation, the learning points and the reason each distractor fails. Bookmark anything you want to revisit.

  4. Close the gaps

Weak modules generate course lesson recommendations. Complete the lesson, then re-test the same topic to confirm the gap has closed.

Candidate feedback

What trainees say about revising here

★★★★★
The image bank was the difference for me. I had done thousands of text questions elsewhere but had never been forced to commit to a management decision from a trace under time pressure.
Dr Aisha Karim ST5 · Passed Part 2
★★★★★
What I valued most was the weak-area list. It stopped me revising what I already knew. Six weeks out I was only practising the four modules the analytics kept flagging.
Dr Tomás Oyelaran ST4 · Preparing for Part 2
★★★★☆
I bought the Part 3 Intensive separately on top of my subscription. The station walkthroughs and the mark schemes gave me a structure I could actually rehearse with a colleague.
Dr Marta Pereira ST6 · Passed Part 3

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does a subscription actually include?

Every subscription duration unlocks the same content: the complete question bank including all image-based items, the included course library, all timed mock papers, performance analytics, bookmarks and revision lists. The only difference between plans is how long access lasts and the effective monthly cost.

Is the Part 3 Clinical Skills Intensive included?

No. The MRCOG Part 3 Clinical Skills Intensive is a standalone product sold as a one-time purchase of £249. It is not unlocked by any subscription plan, and existing subscribers purchase it separately at the same price. Once purchased, your access to it lasts twelve months and does not depend on your subscription remaining active.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Question bank access, included courses and mock exams lock. Your account, performance history, bookmarks and revision lists are retained, so renewing restores everything exactly where you left it. Separately purchased courses remain fully accessible throughout their own access period.

Can I switch between Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 content?

Yes. Your stated exam target shapes what the platform recommends, but no content is hidden — you can filter to any part or any curriculum module at any time, and change your target from the account settings page.

How current is the content?

Questions and explanations are reviewed on a quarterly cycle against prevailing national guidance, and each explanation lists the sources it draws on. Candidates can report suspected errors from within any question, and reports are triaged within five working days.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund provided fewer than 50 questions have been attempted. Standalone course purchases are refundable within 14 days provided no more than two station modules have been opened. Full terms are set out in the refund policy.
